1. Calculating new credits



Each credit has 4 values: Total Credit Amount, Monthly Payment Rate, Yearly Percentage Rate and the Duration of the Payment.

By providing three of the four values, you can calculate the fourth value.

Example: You are interested in buying a specific house with 250.000 USD Total Amount, you assume you'll get a percentage rate of 5 % and want to last the payment no longer than 25 years. Based on these values, you can calculate, what your monthly rate will be.



2. Tracking existing credits



If you have entered the four values of your existing credits and a specific start date (first payment) you'll be provided with the account balance from today's perspective or any other day in the past or future. This information is provided in a chart view. By clicking a chart bar, you will get the information about the appropriate account balance.
