The objective of the Finance Study Guide is to give you an overview of the fundamental concepts in Finance that you should be familiar with as a student of Finance or as a business professional.
The focus of this application is not on mathematical proofs, but instead on the intuition behind the most important concepts and formulas in Finance.
The Finance Study Guide is aimed at people who have studied some Finance in the past and who would like to refresh their understanding of the key concepts in Finance, at current students of Finance, such as undergraduate and MBA students, and at professionals enrolled in executive education courses.

The Study Guide section presents the detailed explanations of the various concepts, such as Risk & Return, Opportunity Cost of Capital, Optimal Capital Structure, Business Cycle, Valuations, Financial Accounting, and Time Value of Money.
The Questions section tests your understanding of the key concepts and the Exercises section lets you apply those concepts to solve problems.
The Formulas section is a quick reference section which gives you an easy overview of the key formulas used in the Finance Study Guide.
And the Definitions section gives you a quick summary of the key terms used in the Study Guide.
